All the service work of Shri Nandkishore Sharda, the loving Maa Basanti Manihar and Kumari Madhubala Advani is inspired by Jagatjanani Maa's command and by the wide vision of life in her karma-sadhana. For them, karma is not duty or social service alone, but a practice of self-development, self-purification and the good of the world. At its root, therefore, lay not some chance plan but a considered, long-term and far-sighted vision of the whole development of a human being.
They believed that the real development of society is not possible through financial aid or formal education alone. A life needs sanskar along with education, discernment along with knowledge, sensitivity along with prosperity, self-respect along with self-reliance, and social responsibility along with personal progress.
In Bhaiyaji's view, serving humanity with a selfless spirit is a living extension of sadhana itself. In that spirit, education, sanskar, spiritual awakening, women's empowerment, self-reliance and the spread of knowledge were joined to one another.

Founded on 10 June 1996, this trust laid the first stone of the far-sighted plan: educate a girl, give her sanskar, and awaken her confidence.
